LOCATION.--Lat. 40°08'41", long 106°24'06", in NW14NW14 sec.18, T.2 N, R.80 W., Grand County, Hydrologic Unit 14010001, 5 mi north of Kremmling.

DRAINAGE AREA.--270 mi2.
